variable annuities or to a proprietary plan structure to tie your hands. Our plan
structure is open and transportable. We also do not implement risk management
programs that are not appropriate for your business.
Wide selection of investment choices. We don't limit your employees to a select
few investment options in your retirement plan. Your plan is not loaded with
proprietary options.
Complete transparency in our relationship. Most providers have revenue sharing
arrangements with the companies providing the investment options available in
their plans. In addition, separate administration fees are charged. Our advisory
fee is the only fee our participants pay.
No additional charges. Most plans have account charges, management fees,
surrender charges and other expenses. Again, our advisory fee is the only fee our
participants pay.
